As a Sales intern you will be dealing with customer insights innovative projects sales performance tracking POS data management pricing and promotions and cross functional collaboration

The positions

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills gain real business experience get exposure to senior leadership and attend personalized trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges by supporting the following role:

• Supporting the preparation and analysis of weekly sales performance reports by collecting and organizing data from various sources.
• Assisting in monitoring product pricing and promotional activities across key markets.
• Coordinating the logistics of sample product requests and deliveries.
• Managing administrative processes such as raising purchase orders for sales-related expenses.

You may also take ownership of larger projects such as:

• Contributing to the implementation of sales tools and platforms by onboarding users consolidating data and helping optimize systems for long-term use.
• Assisting with market research and competitive analysis to support business development strategies.
• Supporting regional sales teams in creating client materials performance dashboards and customer insights.
• Collaborating on account management activities including aligning orders with business targets and assisting with partner communications.
• Providing analytical and operational support to senior sales team members on ongoing strategic initiatives.
• Participating in intern engagement activities such as onboarding support and organizing social events to foster team cohesion.

Qualifications:

Job requirements

• You are enrolled at university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
• You are nearing the end of your bachelors degree or pursuing your masters.
• You have good knowledge of English.
• NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you are an EU citizen or you are studying in the Netherlands).

• Communication Skills: Youll be exposed to senior management no matter your level. Therefore its important you have excellent communication skills to deal with all kinds of different collaborators.
• Curiosity positivity & enthusiasm: Youre curious positive and enthusiastic. People know you as the driver of the team.
• Ability to Simplify: We like to keep it simple. And to implement fast. This will be highly appreciated especially when you provide simple solutions dealing with complex challenges.
• Analytical: Were a very data driven company. You know how to translate complex data into a simple solution with your analytical mentality.
• Confident: Be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.

What we offer you:

Program start date: July 2025

Duration: 6 months

Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses

Location: Amsterdam

Hybrid Policy:

Kraft Heinz has recently transitioned to a hybrid way of working which means that we work 60% of the week in the office and have the right to work 40% from home.
