Job Description
Under the General direction of the Risk Assessment Advisor Chief Security is responsible for the coordination planning organization maintenance and supervision of all aspects of operation in the Complex Security Department for the security and safety of its property employees and guests.
The key responsibility of the Chief Security is to develop and implement a strategy that demonstrates the processes in understanding the nature and probability of catastrophic and significant security risk events to detail plans to prevent and prepare for an adverse event and cover continuity of business operations.
Requirements
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Good communication skills
- Certificate/ Diploma in related background
- Computer literate
- Minimum 7 years experience in an international class hotel
- Motivator and self-starters
- Displays initiative
