Job Description
- Responsible for achieving the branchs profitability targets.
- Build and maintain a predetermined regional network including generating leads for partnerships and SME financing qualifying leads and retaining and expanding existing relationships.
- Identify business opportunities and develop promotional activities to increase sales.
- Assume a leadership role monitor daily activities provide go-to-market strategies and ensure their execution.
- Regularly evaluate the performance of all sales credit and collection activities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) or Commercial Banking specifically in branch management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing supply chain business operations is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
- Proven expertise in overseeing and managing sales credit and collection functions within a banking environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards in all professional dealings.
- Extensive and well-established network within the region.
