Key Account Manager (Logistics)

They offer a broad spectrum of services including freight management international supply chain solutions and contract logistics. They are currently looking for an outstanding Key Account Manager to join the company
Job Responsibilities:
- Managed strategic accounts and cultivate strong partnerships with clients to foster lasting relationships.
- Design tailored solutions aligning customer needs with company goals to drive growth.
- Recommend improvements to exceed customer expectations based on key metrics and operational standards.
- Identify new business opportunities expanding offerings with existing and potential clients.
- Lead review sessions refining strategies and enhancing the companys value proposition.
- Establish seamless communication and operational frameworks across teams and international counterparts.
- Drive service excellence through collaboration performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Oversee tenders and pricing strategies delivering competitive solutions.
- Empower teams with expertise in management systems and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Holds a university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Min 5 years of experience in account management with expertise in managing key accounts and leading teams.
- Strong background in e-commerce logistics and supply chain management; contract logistics knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with strong ownership and independence.
- Outstanding communication presentation and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Proficient in Excel PowerPoint and Word.
