Job Description
- Greeting visitors determine purpose of visit and direct visitors to appropriate person or service
- In collaboration with Operation Manager plans organizes supports and supervises the activities of the business office.
- In the absence of the Operation Manager monitors workflow for the quality of service.
- Accounts Payable & Accounts receivables processing and collection
- Assist Support services departments acting as the Staffing and Attendance Coordinator back-up.
- Adheres to established policies and procedures regarding quality assurance fire occupational health and safety environment and infection control.
- Maintains internal records and prepares internal reports for the Operation Manager as required; maintains confidentiality of all financial personnel and resident data; maintains accounting records.
- Handles payments from families and all queries concerning billings from residents and /or families; prepares bank deposits
- All other duties as assigned
