Were looking for a dynamic candidate to join our ESG Department in Lisbon with an ideal start date of 1 October. You will play a key role in supporting Euronexts sustainability journey by ensuring robust data collection analysis and reporting in line with our ESG strategy and regulatory requirements.
You will report to the ESG Data Manager within the Finance department. You will work very closely with the ESG Team and will contribute to the general companys efforts to become the sustainable leading exchange and more globally to the ESG strategy of the Euronext group. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to collect analyze and interpret data and prepare the reports related to ESG/sustainability topics ensuring its accuracy and relevance.
You will be primarily responsible for:
Actively contributing to the collection analysis and reporting of ESG data as part of Euronexts sustainability strategy under the supervision of the ESG data manager
Collaborating with various business lines and departments to gather and analyse ESG data efficiently
Assisting the ESG team in the implementation of new ESG regulations by ensuring the collection of new data points
Supporting the preparation of regular internal reports on ESG metrics and assisting in the analysis of trends to identify areas where strategic controls are needed
Maintaining accurate databases from multiple sources to ensure that the ESG team and other stakeholders can respond to requests from rating agencies investors and clients
Participating in the roll-out of technology solutions for ESG data management performance tracking and reporting and supporting the identification of opportunities for improvement in reporting processes
Your profile:
Young professional with proven experience in analysing and reporting financial and non-financial data sets
Previous experience ideally in finance accounting sustainability or non-financial reporting
Good understanding of ESG trends and the regulatory framework
Strong analytical and reporting skills with a good command of data management and reporting tools (Excel Power BI ERP). Coding skills are a plus
Project management skills
Excellent command of English both oral and written as English is our working language
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an international multicultural and complex environment and to collaborate with colleagues
