Nordic Partner Manager to join our Group Sales this high-impact role you will lead the development and execution of joint growth initiatives with key partners and major technology providers. Key responsibilitiesStrategic partnership & account management- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner strategy performance tracking and joint business planning
- Lead the cross-functional Account Team to ensure efficient internal collaboration and execution
- Maintain strategic account plans and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual executive meetings
Sales execution & revenue growth- Own revenue growth targets for partner-led opportunities
- Drive forecasting pipeline management and contract negotiation
- Coordinate deal execution together with local sales and internal support teams
- Ensure CRM compliance and alignment with the Customer Experience team
Stakeholder & cross-functional collaboration- Represent all relevant Onitio stakeholders and departments in partner engagements
- Act as the executive liaison including managing escalations and ensuring delivery satisfaction
- Proactively ensure strategic fit between partner solutions and Onitios service capabilities
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Business Sales IT or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience preferably within IT services IT outsourcing or managed services environments
- Solid understanding of partnership structures and strategic account management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate complex deals
- Fluent in English; fluency in a Nordic language is a strong advantage
- CRM proficiency (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and strong presentation skills
