Tax Lawyer Dublin
Location: Dublin Leading Corporate Law Firm
A leading corporate law firm is seeking to hire an experienced Tax Lawyer (5 Years PQE) to join its busy and expanding Dublin-based tax team. The team provides a broad range of taxation advisory and transactional services to international and domestic clients across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
This is a varied role with exposure to high-profile work in areas such as:
- International tax and cross-border structuring for corporate reorganisations and inward investment
- Mergers acquisitions demergers and IPOs
- Tax controversy and dispute resolution
- Capital markets and structured finance
- Private equity transactions and transfer pricing
- Asset and project finance including aircraft and equipment
- Real estate tax and transactional support
- 5 years post-qualification experience in tax within a corporate law firm
- Qualified solicitor or barrister
- Professional tax and/or accounting qualification required (e.g. CTA ACA ACCA)
- Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team environment
