What will you do in this role

In this role you will be responsible for selling ICEYEs suite of Natural Catastrophe Solutions into UK and European banks.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise customers acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities upselling and cross-selling relevant solutions and services aligned with customer needs and long-term goals.
  • Understand client business goals and ensure alignment between client expectations and company deliverables to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • You will work closely with Customer Success Team to coordinate internal resources to meet customer requirements and ensure successful delivery of services acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.
  • You will work closely with sales leadership team to create and execute strategic account plans for your region and key clients including forecasting budgeting and business reviews to track performance and drive growth.
  • You will work closely with the business development and marketing to coordinate account based marketing campaigns and increase lead generation
  • Analyse account performance using key metrics and provide regular reports and insights to both internal stakeholders and client decision-makers.
  • Resolve complex issues quickly and effectively maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Requirements

What will you need to be successful in this role

  • Passionate about developing new markets selling solutions building relationships and helping colleagues and clients to solve complex problems
  • Self-motivated and proactive with strong social skills
  • Comfortable communicating complex ideas to audiences with limited understanding of ICEYE solutions and capabilities
  • At least 5-years sale experience with banks and financial institutions
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced start up environment interacting with colleagues based around the globe
  • Ability to travel internationally to meet clients and attend conferences

Nice to have

  • Fluency in a major European language
  • Geospatial experience
  • An understanding of natural catastrophes
