We are looking for a Program and Reporting Coordinator to support our Real Property Planning and Management Branch. The incumbent would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity Excellence Respect and Creativity.
The Program and Reporting Coordinator will support the delivery of national corporate real property related Programs (e.g. waste management program asbestos management program etc.) through development of programs compliance monitoring with relevant regulations reporting on non-conformance practices while recommending program improvements through development of guidelines and recommended best addition they will evaluate these programs through performing audits through collection organization and management of relevant data. Delivering these tasks will assist the team in achieving its objectives.
In addition the Program and Reporting Coordinator will support the collection and analysis of space management data from various sources quality assurance and quality control functions for architectural drawings providing technical and functional support to the development and upkeep of RPPMs building floor plans in CAD and for ARCHIBUS.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with various Real Property stakeholders to report on spatial allocations as well as building drawings and layouts.
Applicants must demonstrate within the content of their application that they meet the following screening criteria in order to be given further consideration as candidates:
Completion of a three-year college diploma in Architectural Civil Structural Electrical Electronic or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

In addition the incumbent who meets the language requirements will receive the Bilingualism Bonus of $800 per year.
