Job Description:
Leidos is seeking a motivated career and customer-oriented Test Engineer/Tech SIGINT Analyst to join our team in Columbia Maryland. The position is part of a team that provides software development support for an organization that is tasked with dissemination of data to various customers within the Intelligence Community.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for TechSIGINT applications.
Conduct rigorous testing to ensure alignment with mission objectives and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with developers and analysts to translate mission needs into actionable system requirements.
Develop automated tests using tools like Cypress Visual Studio Code Eclipse and Java.
Perform UI accessibility regression and integration testing across multiple environments.
Engage with the analyst community to demonstrate functionality gather feedback and drive iterative improvements.
Manage project artifacts and define test strategies for future capabilities.
Advocate for enhancements that improve performance and usability in real-world scenarios.
Minimum requirements include:
12 years of SIGINT Signals Analysis or related Engineering experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
10 years of TechSIGINT or directly related SIGINT experience.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Electronics Mathematics Communications Computer Science or related field (may substitute for 4 years of experience).
8 years of experience as a Test Engineer in similar scope and complexity.
Experience with at least one legacy TechSIGINT application (e.g. MARTES CATS DEL REDHAWK ESP etc.).
Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting (Cypress Eclipse Java VS Code).
Familiarity with GIT for version control.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

Pay Range $126100.00 - $227950.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
