Our client is one of the leading services provider companies specializing in engaging with good customer service and improving the performances of businesses.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring received content adheres to program community guidelines.
- Meeting program-defined performance indicators.
- Evaluating and managing sensitive user-generated content according to client parameters.
- Investigating and escalating urgent issues following established procedures.
- Upholding corporate confidentiality policies for data security.
- Following all relevant role-related orders instructions and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Good command of Korean language (TOPIK 5-6).
- Able to communicate basic English.
- Welcome fresh graduates.
- Welcome Korean native speakers.
- Able to work in different shifts rotation (24/7 shifts).
- Working Hours: 5 days/week 9 hours/day (rotational shifts including night hours).
