About Marketing Solutions
Marketing Solutions team responsible for Sponsored Solutions a full suite of paid on-platform and off-platform B2B solutions designed to help increase traffic and drive sales for brands and sellers. Our Solutions include Sponsored Discovery Sponsored Display Sponsored Affiliate and more driving users down the marketing funnel from awareness interest education conversion and loyalty.
About Our Team
Regional Product Marketing & External Traffic Solutions team for Sponsored Solutions plans and launches B2B marketing initiatives that support product and business results. We work with cross-functional teams from Product Finance Legal Sales teams and more across the Southeast Asia region.
Your Role
- Supporting marketing research initiatives to gather insights and data for informed decision-making.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including email digital social media PR and events.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather assets obtain approvals and incorporate feedback for product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Assisting in the development and optimization of marketing processes workflows and best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
- Helping develop and review content and assets under the guidance of senior team members.
- Coordinating with external agencies vendors and partners to manage marketing initiatives and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Supporting in maintaining project timelines budgets and resource plans to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Managing offline or on-site marketing campaigns as needed ensuring effective execution and coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing advertising & media communications or related fields.
- Strong understanding and passion for B2B product brand strategy positioning messaging and storytelling.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage deadlines high level of accuracy attention to detail and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficient in English both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
