Job Description

Description

As the Senior Executive role for Omni Channel you will be part of a dynamic team driving day-to-day operations functions and collaborating with a team of product and partnership managers. This includes working with distribution channels/advisors to drive sales growth and to execute business plans and strategies for Omni that you will be tasked with delivering on the omni-operations strategy of the Digital Business through continuous improvement and the deployment of new capabilities on the digital platform.

Key responsibilities:

1. Platform Onboarding / Offboarding and Training for Platform Users

  • Manage the onboarding/offboarding of all distribution intermediaries such as Incomes tied channel and Financial Advisory groups/advisors onto the platform.
  • Liaise with channels to coordinate and schedule training sessions for platform training.
  • Responsible to administer the timely update of advisors lifecycle on the platform (onboarding/movement/offboarding).
  • Creating and delivering the platform training development plan complete with materials instructions and learning resources such as online modules and guides.

2. Voucher Fulfilment and Processing for Partnership / Incentive Campaigns

  • Responsible for documentation on voucher submission by channel advisors.
  • Prepare and submit procurement of vouchers from partners/vendors.
  • Meticulous in ensuring accurate processing and validation of voucher records.
  • Accountable to enable timely voucher issuance and communication to customers and advisors.
  • Ensure the effective management of all aspects of operations across the channel on voucher fulfilment.

3. Platform Operations Support to Distribution Channel

  • Resolving campaign and lead/customer or advisor escalations on the platform.
  • Managing platform issues or updates/upgrades and work in collaboration with distribution channels/advisors to support sales growth.
  • Responsible to review eligibility of advisors to qualify for Inbound Qualifiers Scheme and deployment of lead allocation on platform.

4. Work on developing implementing and driving operations functions processes and service improvements across Omni Channel with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Support the leadership team in driving day-to-day positive stakeholder experiences and administrative processes to ensure relevancy and in meeting regulatory and audit requirement.

6. Provide support to Omni Channel and handle any other ad-hoc assignments or responsibilities as assigned by the leadership team.

Competency/Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of work experience preferably across sales operations strategy program or project management.
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Prior experience in structuring operational processes in a regulated environment will be an advantage.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Excellent stakeholder/partner management abilities and good collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and writing skills managing key stakeholders and project sponsors.
  • Outcome driven and meticulous with swift execution of task and/or projects.
