Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Executive to join our Investments & Business Development team. This role will provide project coordination and administrative support to the team working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks
- Take instructions from the team and follow through on assigned action items
- Schedule meetings prepare documentation and maintain project records
- Take clear and accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support project activities
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and progress updates
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business or a related field
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to take direction well and work independently
- Excellent minute-taking and documentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
This role offers hands-on experience in supporting business development and investment-related projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
