About this role
As a Process Analyst you willbe a bridge between operational and strategic areas ensuring workflows are standardized documented and updated. Yo will lead operational transformation in a global organization with direct impact on efficiency quality and user experience. Visibility with leadership and autonomy to propose improvements.
What youll do
- Standardize workflowsacross operational technical and administrative domains.
- Document and updateprocesses to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Ensure alignmentwith global processes and organizational standards.
- Facilitate clear communicationacross teams and departments.
- Adapt processesto organizational changes and evolving needs.
- Use toolslike ServiceNow and ITSM methodologies to manage and improve processes.
- Apply critical thinkingto evaluate and improve current workflows.
- Collaborate in decision-makingwith cross-functional teams.
- Promote a cultureof continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Lead operational transformationinitiatives with measurable impact.
- Engage with leadershipto propose and implement process improvements.
Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in standardizing operational technical and administrative processes.
- Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for process management
- Knowledge of ITSM methodologies.
- Proficiency utilizing ServiceNow and ITSM methodologies to support process optimization and service management.
