We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead/Business Analyst with expertise in the Salesforce CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Sales and Service Cloud customizations and experience working in the automotive industry. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements identifying and recommending solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
This position reports to Engineering Manager of Wholesale CRM.

Analyze business requirements related to Salesforce CRM domain and recommend solutions to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with overall business strategy.
Participate in requirements gathering design and testing phases of the software development life cycle.
Develop detailed business requirements documentation use cases user stories and acceptance criteria.
Conduct stakeholder interviews workshops and focus groups to gather requirements and feedback.
Facilitate discussions with business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and ensure that solutions are feasible.
Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.
A bachelors degree and approximately 10 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience
A minimum of 8 years of experience working in Salesforce Marketing Sales and Service Cloud customizations.
Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise teams through all project lifecycle phases including requirements definition application mapping technical design application development and testing.
Exceptional communication interpersonal and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally foster shared understanding
Presentation and business writing coupled with a strong interest in further designing developing and integrating business operations and technology.
Ability to research business inquiries emerging issues property and casualty insurance industry practices and new application technologies.
In addition successful candidates should also have experience in one or more of these areas:
Good Knowledge of
Marketing Cloud Application (Email Studio Automation Studio Mobile Studio Contact Builder Mobile Push Interaction studio and Journey Builder
Designing complex Salesforce solutions including Salesforce flows entry-criteria/profiles and data migrations
System integrations involving web services (JSON SOAP) as well as Vlocity Integration Procedure
Integrate additional business applications to Salesforce (such as DocuSign/Emplifi/Medialla/GCP/Mulesoft)
General MC API knowledge of both SOAP and REST calls
Data and Reporting
Experience in leading requirements elicitation sessions product demos
Experience in documenting business requirements
Experience in quality management reviews of design prototypes and other requirements work products.
Experience in translating business requirements and use cases into test conditions.
Strong proficiency in Jira for agile project management including backlog management sprint planning and reporting
Understanding of GCP services API interfaces and interaction CICD pipeline is preferred.
Knowledge of User interface tools like AEM is preferred.
Salesforce Certifications preferred
