We are a leading supplier of methacrylate chemistry. As a global company with around 2900 employees we are represented on four continents. We serve a global market with our MERACRYL methacrylates and PMMA molding compounds under the PLEXIGLAS brand (in the Americas registered under the trademark ACRYLITE) which we manufacture in our worldwide production network. Our products supply growth markets including the automotive construction and medical technology industries.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Developing business strategies / plans / procedures (MDS MTP WAVE etc.) in line with Global.
- Market intelligence
- Collecting market data and conducting analysis of: new regulations development of related industry (OEM development) competitors / key accounts activities new projects new applications shut-downs import/export data and pricing development etc.
- Monitoring prospective projects and sharing with responsible sales colleagues promptly.
- Marketing activities
- Leading / coordinating marketing activities to promote Madrid brands / products / applications and improve intimacy with customers.
- Conducting customer survey to understand customer needs so as to develop CVP and business strategies accordingly.
- Market reports
- Compiling market reports and sharing with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Innovations
- Promotion and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to improve process efficiency and support achievement of business targets such as e-platform order delivery tracking new biz model and value-added service etc.
- Back up position to upstream marketing related to BM business
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
- At least 5 years of sales & marketing or technical support experience in chemical industry
- LAT (Leadership Accountability and Teamwork) mindset and behaviors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Logical thinking and data analysis ability.
- Decision initiator and reviewer.
- Close work relations with business owner and other functions.
- Work experience in sales and marketing.
- Chemical industry background preferred MMA / PMMA industry definitely a plus
- Good command of English in both oral and written
- PC skills: Word Excel PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
