Job Summary
Description of the role
Acura of Memphis is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team in Memphis TN. The Title Clerk will be responsible for processing vehicle titles and ensuring all documents are accurately completed and filed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle title paperwork in compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all title documents
- Communicate with customers and external agencies regarding title information
- Maintain organized records of vehicle titles and related documents
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive title processing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
