Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Attending to client queries via phone calls and emails.
- Ensuring that all client requests issues and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately.
- Promoting goodwill when dealing with clients and internal sales teams maintaining strong client relationships achieving high client satisfaction and fostering client loyalty.
- Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities during daily work activities.
Qualifications
- Service-oriented with an interest in customer service functions.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in hotel reservations hotel reception or call center operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese with HSK 5 or higher.
- Enthusiastic self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive results-driven and a strong team player.
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Able to work in shifts.
