What will you be doing
Make 100-150 outbound calls daily using a provided script to introduce the company and outline the benefits of working with us.
Follow up on leads through calls text messages and emails to maintain engagement and move candidates through the recruitment pipeline.
Collect necessary documentation from drivers and address their questions or concerns promptly.
Enter sensitive driver information into the companys system accurately and securely.
Utilize CRM tools and call management software to track and manage leads effectively.
Coordinate and schedule next steps for drivers using calendar management tools.
