Lead the development and execution of innovative funding programs that leverage vendor and seller partnerships to enhance payment products and deliver compelling customer benefits. Own end-to-end strategy program architecture and execution while building scalable frameworks for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement comprehensive vendor/seller funding programs that drive customer value in payment products
* Create scalable playbooks and mechanisms to secure manage and optimize partner funding
* Develop business cases and ROI models to prioritize opportunities and demonstrate program value
* Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across Payment Products Marketing Finance and Legal
* Partner in negotiations with vendors and sellers to secure funding commitments
* Establish program success metrics and reporting frameworks
* Drive continuous innovation in program design and execution
* Mentor team members and influence cross-functional partners
Strategic Impact:
* Own multi-million dollar funding targets
* Drive key business metrics including customer acquisition engagement and revenue
* Influence product strategy through partner-funded initiatives

- Bachelors degree
- 6 years of developing negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Program management and development working together with technical teams to improve payment operations and customer experience
- Project management including creating business justifications and functional requirements for product and site features
- Strong data analysis experience extracting insights that drive business decisions
- Business management including creating business strategy and managing program metrics.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying negotiating and executing complex legal agreements
