Pay: HK$17286 to HK$26908 (HGPS Pt 2 to Pt 9) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform the following duties according to the HA Procurement and Materials Management Manual and department instructions:
1. Assist in sourcing for materials and services for purchases.
2. Responsible for licencing and maintenance of equipment.
3. Responsible for payment settlement upon goods / equipment / services delivery.
4. Responsible for asset registration and management.
5. Responsible for asset condemnation arrangement.
6. Responsible for auto-refill of medical consumables.
7. Supervise junior clerical and supporting staff.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Entry Requirements:
1. (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B) Chinese Language and Mathematics or equivalent.
OR
(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
Level 2 in English Language Chinese Language and Mathematics; and
Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ Attained in Applied Learning subjects/ Grade E in Other Language subjects;
or equivalent.
2. Ability to perform typing word processing and/or Chinese word processing.
Preferred Attributes/Exposure:
1. Knowledge and experience in application of HA Enterprise Resources Planning System and Materials Catalogue System.
2. Experience and good knowledge in managing assets buying or storekeeping in procurement and material management unit.
3. Proficiency in PC applications such MS Word and MS Excel.
4. Self-motivated responsible and able to work independently.
5. Good interpersonal / communication skills.

2. Serving Staff who have completed F.5/S.5 or equivalent and have 2 years clerical experience within HA may also be considered.
