Job Description
You will be responsible for/ to:
Plan & prioritize modernization / replacement project to the project team members
Supervise and oversee modernization / replacement project including project team membersproject submission execution of work and safety & quality control
Act as one of the key personnel for cost control and site safety & quality inspection
Lead and coach the project team members to complete project within budget scheduled timeframeexpected quality and KONE safety manner
Attend site meetings and hands on project management for major project.
Liaise closely with both external and internal parties to ensure smooth completion and achieve project objectives.
Implement strategic initiatives in process and efficiency improvement.
Identity any critical issues or potential impacts on cost and compliance and be responsible to tacklesuch challenge(s)
We expect you would have/ be:
Degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Service Engineering or equivalent
At least 8-10 years working experience in Lift & Escalator Industry of which more than 5 years solidexperience are related to project management experience in managing modernization project andmajor project is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and team management experience is desired.
A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills self-motivated and good interpersonalskills.
Good command of both written & spoken Cantonese Putonghua and English
Proficient in SAP & MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
Registered Lift Engineer and / or Registered Escalator Engineer is an advantage
