DEIN VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

In unserem Bereich Gebrauchtwagen in unserer Hauptverwaltung im Dsseldorfer Medienhafen bist du eine wichtige Untersttzung fr das Team und bernimmst folgende Aufgaben befristet fr ein Jahr:

• Nachverfolgung fehlender Abmeldeunterlagen
• Betreuung und Beratung ber die Hotline
• Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Vertragsbeendigungen
• Bearbeitung der eingehenden Post aus Shared Mailboxen
• Prfung von Rekalkulationen
• Beauftragung von Gutachtern sowie Logistikdienstleistern
• Erstellung und Verwaltung von Rechnungen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

• Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule Studium idealerweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Bezug
• Zeit und Lust uns bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche zu untersttzen
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfhigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Souvernen Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
