As a Bakery Technician you will accomplish the business objectives regarding sales volumes and profitability. Introduction of new products and commercial development for Bakery segment market in accordance with ethical policies in business and with companys strategic plans for achieving the integral satisfaction of customers profitability participation in market and sustainable growth of the business in short medium and long-term
What you will do:
Business
To accomplish the objectives of sales for new and line products according to the companys business program.
To constantly capture new business opportunities
To develop and grow the segment through value propositions developed in conjunction with the Marketing area.
Agility and Innovation
Anticipate customer needs and proactively create solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Coordinate seminars technical conferences and demonstrations necessary to grow the sales of our ingredients and solutions.
Give support in the development of new ingredients and solutions.
Propose new formulations recipes and applications
Relationships and People
Maintain permanent contact with baking schools and bakers associations to understand the needs of the sector.
Replicate expert knowledge to other bakery technicians by demonstrating innovative bakery formulations and techniques
What you will bring:
Bachelor degree at Chemical Engineering or similar areas.
Knowledge of Industrial processes science and food Technology
12 months adaptation period
Understanding of marketing concepts communication tools and their effective uses.
Understanding of our customers and their applications or our existing and potential new ingredients
Use of corporative applications: Sales force Office and Outlook.
