Job Description
What Youll Do:
Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate optimal pricing and promotions.
Analyze data to drive category and supplier revenue and profit growth.
Expand the catalog by developing relationships with target suppliers.
Identify sales merchandising and operational opportunities collaborating with internal teams (Operations Merchandising Advertising PR Finance Customer Service Business Intelligence) to implement changes.
What Youll Need:
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field.
2 years preferred experience in e-commerce sourcing or supply-side sales.
Required: good English reading/writing fluency; preferred: high verbal fluency.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfortable with data tools (Excel SQL Tableau).
Articulate persuasive communication skills (written and verbal).
Proven negotiation and relationship management skills.
Innovative problem-solving: ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Structured proactive and eager to drive business growth.
Proven ability to thrive in teams and autonomously.
Adept at working in fast-paced rapidly changing environments.
