Job Description
As a Cash Operations Transaction Processor the position is responsible for the daily regulatory reporting and related transaction processing.
Job responsibilities
Ensure that all routine work are completed as per the agreed timeline
Monitor the exceptions and ensure that theyre resolved in a timely manner
Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the process
Properly handle client requests
Prepare regulator reports
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
Experience with and a working knowledge of Payment Processing Operations
Working Knowledge of Foreign Exchange conventions and State Administration of Foreign Exchange reporting
Interpersonal/communication skills and ability to communicate internally and externally
Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem solving ability to escalate issues as appropriate
Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
