Job Summary
Your Role
Perform interior design assignments that include programming client needs conceptual design schematic design design development space planning and construction documentation
Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture furniture systems fabrics equipment (FF&E) color palettes and lighting
Generate floor plans finish plans specifications and material selections needed for construction
Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts
Responsible for Construction Documentation and Construction Administration supporting the delivery of the project design intent
Work on multiple teams and support concurrent projects in varying phases of project delivery
Manage external consultants product representatives furniture dealers and fabricators
As a self-motivated designer with strong Revit skills you can jump in and produce test fits and project deliverables
Your Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited university
3-7years of commercial interior design experience ideally for Workplace Hospitality or Mixed Use projects
Proficient with Revit SketchUp 3D Enscape and other modeling software programs such as Rhino Grasshopper and/or Dynamo
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign a must)
Knowledge of furniture finishes materials color selections and specifications
Strong knowledge of furniture finishes materials color selections and specifications
Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas
Demonstrated commitment to resilience and sustainable building practices
NCIDQ certified (if you are on the path to certification please contact to determine whether there are other roles that may be of interest)
LEED AP is preferred
