Tanker Operator Senior Executive
Our client is a reputable MNC and leading ship brokering company providing a wide variety of liquid bulk cargoes services to their clients.
Reporting to: Operations Manager
About the Role
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operator to manage end-to-end voyage operations. Youll collaborate closely with shipowners charterers and brokers ensuring efficient execution of fixtures and smooth operational performance throughout the voyage lifecycle.

About the Role
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operator to manage end-to-end voyage operations. Youll collaborate closely with shipowners charterers and brokers ensuring efficient execution of fixtures and smooth operational performance throughout the voyage lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with shipowners and charterers to ensure adherence to charterparty terms and declaration deadlines
- Monitor and manage daily voyage operations routing and cargo planning
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate post-fixture records to support claims handling and audits
- Provide operational support to Brokers including timely data entry for financial and performance tracking
- Be available for after-hours operational coverage as needed
What They are Looking For
- Prior experience in shipping or cargo operations (wet/bulk/tanker preferred)
- Knowledge of charterparty contracts vessel specs insurance and legal terms
- Strong communication multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
- Motivated adaptable and eager to learn
