Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg) the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases equipment services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.
Working Hours: 5 days work week
Work Location: 24 Jalan Buroh

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Prepare used cryogenic storage tanks (VIE / bulk skid tank) which involves perlite top-up/vacuuming/heating operation / tank cooling / scrapping & painting for Air Gas and gas tanks.
Manage and provide technical/maintenance support to various sites that includes the following equipment: cryogenic tanks cryogenic pumps cryogenic road tankers tube trailers vacuum pumps high pressure helium and hydrogen systems.
Source and constantly develop & update strategic actions to plan secure and complete maintenance so that to improve the reliability of production equipment and to increase availability time as this will translate to healthier contributing operating income and market shares.
Achieve zero site incidents through constant guidance safety awareness training industrial risk management and adherence to local regulation LSRs & IMS.
Achieve best quality work at minimum cost and within schedule.
Provide prompt and value engineering services exceeding customers expectations.
Optimal spare part management to prevent delays and reworks.
Coordinate & manage 3rd party subcontractors or service providers at customers site for maintenance work.
Support Industrial Nitrogen System (INS) team during project preparation and execution phase.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
More than 5 years of relevant experience in industrial environment
A team-oriented individual with a positive work attitude a strong focus on customer needs and keen attention to detail.
Demonstrates a good safety mindset follows WSH behaviors and is willing to be on scheduled standby for after-hours breakdown support.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license for a manual Light Goods Vehicle (LGV).
