Essential Skills:
Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Strong experience in SAP AMS delivery with hands-on expertise in at least one SAP module from ABAP MM SD Finance BW or BPC Consolidation.
Hands-on experience in resolving incidents service requests and problem tickets.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Service Management with ITIL knowledge.
Proven track record in client-facing roles and service delivery management.
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g. Excel Power BI ServiceNow reports).
Preferred skills:
For ABAP: debugging enhancements reports interfaces and performance tuning.
For functional modules (MM SD Finance): configuration data analysis and integration knowledge. Strong understanding of business processes related to the chosen module.
For BW/BPC: data modeling reporting and consolidation functionalities.
Additional Skills:
Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
