What will you do
Assist Dutch-speaking users via chat email or inbound phone calls.
Address and resolve customer concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
Represent international industry-leading brands in all client interactions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Candidate profile
Fluency in Dutch and intermediate English.
Preferred experience in technical support.
Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
