You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to lead our global payroll operations and benefits programs. This role will oversee payroll systems and reporting across multiple countries serve as the key contact for Thailand payroll operations and ensure compliance with local regulations. The position also manages global benefits insurance and pension programs while providing critical support to Finance HR and leadership teams.

Proven experience in payroll management across multiple countries with strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
Hands-on expertise with payroll and HRIS systems such as ADP Workday and other integrated tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop payroll teams while managing cross-border operations.
Strong understanding of global benefits programs including insurance pensions and employee perks.
Excellent reporting and analytical skills with experience preparing detailed HR and compliance reports.
Ability to partner effectively with Finance HR and leadership teams to provide accurate payroll and benefits insights.
High attention to detail confidentiality and accuracy in managing sensitive employee data.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse geographies and cultures.
