We are hiring a Payroll & Benefits Manager to look after our global payroll operations and benefits programs. You will be responsible for making sure payroll runs smoothly across our countries working together with local HR Business Partners who provide on-the-ground support. The role also covers global benefits insurance and pension programs and you will collaborate closely with Finance HR and leadership teams
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the payroll team managing personnel responsibilities and serving as the main point of contact for payroll operations globally.
Manage and optimize payroll systems (ADP Workday and integrated tools) to ensure efficient global payroll processes.
Ensure accurate timely and compliant payroll reporting across multiple countries including statutory filings and reports (e.g. Statistics Norway).
Partner with Finance Accounting HR and leadership to provide payroll data insights and quarterly HR reports (overtime leave vacation sick leave).
Oversee global benefits programs including insurance pension perks travel insurance and coordination with Mercer.
Key Qualifications:
Experience overseeing payroll across multiple countries ensuring accuracy and compliance through collaboration with local teams.
Hands-on expertise with payroll/HRIS systems (ADP Workday and integrated tools).
Proven ability to lead payroll teams and manage cross-border operations.
Knowledge of global benefits programs including insurance pensions and perks.
Communication analytical and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Location for this role is in our offices in Lysaker (Oslo) or our headquarters in Nedre Vats (Norways West Coast).
