After the Commercial Operations Graduate Program:
Our Commercial Operations Graduate Program is designed for you to be prepared for future leaders within AkzoNobel. After 3 years and 3 rotations you will be landing in next level marketing sales or operational position within the MSU. It is also possible to explore other opportunities with the global AkzoNobel organization. Together with your Mentor you will explore the different career opportunities that fit your strengths and where you can create the most impact for yourself and AkzoNobel.

What do you bring

• You obtained a Masters degree in business management business economics IT & Management Data Driven Science or related discipline by August 2025
• Youre someone who thrives on tackling complex challenges with strategic thinking and creativity but who also isnt afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty when work demands it.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ready to embrace a digital future of AkzoNobel.
• You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring a fresh viewpoint
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (French is nice to have)
