Our Penfolds Graduate Program
Join us as a Commercial Graduate!We aim to provide you with the ideal environment to foster your passions and strengths and fast-track your career.
You will immerse into our commercial teams to deliver on key tasks and assist on projects that will support the execution of our Penfolds business growth plans.
This is an 18-month program with three rotations of 6 months each:
ANZ Sales
Commercial Strategy and Planning
Marketing
During your rotations you will build a broad knowledge base and deepen your skillset whilst forming professional networks to develop your career.
This is a full-time paid program for recent graduates and students graduating in 2025 (and up to two years prior). You will be a permanent employee of TWE so you will move into a permanent role after the program finishes.
Eligibility
To be eligible for our programs you must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of application.
You can apply for the graduate program when youre in the final year of your degree or if you have completed an Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree within the past two years at the time of application.
Youll need to be available to start with us as a permanent employee in February 2026.
