This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role managing a team that delivers high-quality administrative customer service and business support functions across the region.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Oversee finance and procurement governance and compliance
  • Bi-monthly reporting to support the General Manager and Board.
  • Drive process improvements and implement innovative business solutions.
  • Manage competing priorities in a high-volume dynamic environment.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
