We are seeking a talented professional to join our Operations team at Marsh. This position will be based in Bogot. It is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
The Property & Casualty Claims Analyst will support the entire process of creating assigning and notifying claims.
We will count on you to:
- Receive and review client claim notices.
- Create claims in the system and perform an initial analysis of the affected policies.
- Search for and attach relevant documents for the advisory area and archive emails in our system.
- Manage the email inbox and perform coverage triage.
What you need to have:
- Technical or technologist degree in insurance administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Property and Casualty insurance (Transport machinery fire liability IRF).
- Experience performing claims triage.
What makes you stand out:
- Experience working in an insurance brokerage.
- Insurance technologist certification.
- Service-oriented attitude and good relationship skills with internal clients.
- Advanced level of English.
