DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Keep communication with the internal PMO/COE team to forecast and plan bookings for released orders.
- Manage the whole international transport process from booking pickup departure arrival to final delivery. Keep effective communication with overseas shippers forwarders. Resolve emergencies and issues during the shipping operation.
- File rate via Logistics Resources and Tools regarding oversize and/or project cargo and air freight when necessary.
- Track and report every stop status of each shipment under planning or transportation.
- Manage forwarders performance to secure best cost speed consistency and data accuracy on basis of logistics policy through all time period in regarding to whole process of transportation.
- Lead the payment reconciliation with forwarders on a monthly basis. Audit freight bills as required for timely payment application; support the Financial and Cashier Center on freight payment settlement.
- Collect data and analysis on the monthly report. Keep correct filing of documentation as per the retention policy.
- Record and report cargo damage. Manage root cause analysis monitor the vendors corrective and preventive action plan. Raise loss claims to the insurance agent and/or vendor.
- Data and document filing as per the company compliance policy. Deliver and analyze reports on logistics spend trade lane vendor performance and stop KPI on a monthly basis.
- Provide initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency improvement regarding import/export shipping and transportation.
- Provide consultancy to PMO/COE/Sales on import/export shipping methods.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent education background in supply chain/logistics/international trading is preferred.
- English CET-4 is a must. Email communication capability in English is preferred.
- At least 4 years of operation experience and/or knowledge on ocean/air/truck/train transportation and/or the international freight forwarding industry is welcomed.
- Strong skills in data collection & analysis network design and optimization performance measurement reporting and problem solving.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills & team player.
- Basic operation experience with SAP/Oracle.
- Basic PPT fabrication and presentation skills.
- Organized and disciplined.
