HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Addressing any issues with staff
- Managing applicant tracking system and interviewing for vacant positions
- Supply and pharmacy ordering and monthly reconciliation.
- Managing medication rooms and overseeing sample and controlled med logs.
- Orientation planning process and preceptorship for new colleagues
- Encounter tracking
- Addressing customer service concerns
