UCTis looking for a talented Quality Inspector IIto join us inPhoenix AZ!
Job Summary:
- The Quality Inspector II blends process auditing QMS project support and quality sustaining responsibilities to make sure that products meet standards of quality and safety. Quality Inspectors I and II may be assigned to a specific process area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Audit
- Assess compliance with procedures and standards through process audits prepare formal audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Assess the effectiveness of final visual inspection through part and finished goods audits.
- Participate as a team member to develop strategies to improve product quality.
- QMS Project Support
- Support plant-wide calibration program including preparing gauges and instruments for calibration assessing calibration results for OOT conditions and managing calibration records.
- Support ambient monitoring of cleanrooms.
- Quality Sustaining Activities
- Complete action items associated with audit findings as assigned.
- Validate actions taken to address audit findings.
- Enter and monitor data from Certificates of Analysis for purchased chemicals.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to read and apply production instructions and standards.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and database software.
- Basic math abilities.
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent.
- High School Diploma/equivalent AA degree preferred.
Experience Requirement:
Work Experience:
- 4 years working in a production environment. Experience working in a cleanroom preferred.

- Ability to climb stoop kneel crouch reach walk push pull and grasp.
- Ability to stand for sustained periods.
- Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Ability to move arms hands and fingers.
- Required to have visual acuity to perform assigned tasks.
Environmental Exposure:
- Required to wear personal protective equipment.
- Subject to hazards including electrical current moving mechanical parts exposure to chemicals and debris.
