Required Education and Experience:Bachelors Degree AND;
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education and related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Familiarity with collegiate athletics operations student-athlete support structures and trends in athlete branding and personal marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with student-athletes administrators external partners and brand representatives
- Proven ability to plan organize and manage multiple projects or events simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite social media monitoring tools contract management software and NIL-specific platforms
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to support new NIL initiatives troubleshoot issues and advance institutional goals
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all interactions and decision-making
- Ability to assist in developing and delivering NIL-related training educational materials and presentations to student-athletes and staff
- Capable of working in a dynamic evolving environment with a high degree of flexibility and responsiveness to change
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn and adapt to current and emerging AI tools and digital platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a related field
- Experience in college athletics sports marketing or Name Image and Likeness (NIL) operations
- Prior work supporting contract management sponsorships or brand partnerships
- Familiarity with NCAA rules conference regulations and compliance requirements
- Background in business development event planning or marketing strategy
- Knowledge of data tracking tools or CRM systems related to athlete engagements and contracts

This position is responsible for supporting the Executive Associate Athletic Director for NIL and Operational Advancement with oversight and coordination of the institutions NIL operations. The position organizes the infrastructure needed to manage day-to-day deal activation and fulfillment and advances new NIL and branding opportunities that achieve the institutions strategic goals in supporting student-athletes. Additionally the role helps maintain compliance oversight supports recruitment and retention initiatives and collaborates with creative content marketing sponsorship and development teams to maximize NIL impact.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for student-athletes brands and external partners regarding NIL deals and activations
- Coordinate NIL activities including scheduling travel marketing campaigns and media appearances
- Provide day-to-day support to athletics administration on NIL operations including athlete disclosures contract management payment processing and educational efforts for both internal and external stakeholders
- Track athlete contract service requirements and ensure optimal fulfillment of NIL obligations
- Monitor social media and other NIL engagements to ensure compliance with CSC policies as well as NCAA SEC and institutional regulations
- Collaborate with creative marketing and sponsorship teams to enhance athlete promotion and support recruitment and retention initiatives
- Participate in NIL education efforts such as staff meetings team workshops brand summits and recruiting presentations (as permitted under NCAA rules)
- Support the Executive Associate Athletic Director in coordinating NIL strategies across administration coaches and sport-specific staff
- Assist in the planning and execution of sponsor and NIL-related events; help refine materials and proposals for business development
- Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with university policies applicable laws CSC NCAA and conference rules including House settlement requirements while maintaining strict confidentiality
