As a Hotel Night Auditor you have the responsible to give our guests the best hospitality experience they can have by:
- Assisting hotel guests efficiently courteously and professionally at all times.
- Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Check hotel guests in and out post hotel guest charges and collect payments.
- Close out the business day and compile data for end of day reports.
- Be knowledgeable of thehotel brand and various programs (travel programs special offers).
- Be a great communicator tomanagement and other hotel departments on guest comments and concerns. Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
- Cover other areas of hotel as needed.
- Document any hotel or guest issuesby completing the required report forms.
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma/GED required
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Experience handling cash credit card procedures and use math concepts
- Attention to detail and organized
