This Position reports to:
Finance ManagerYour Role and Responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to support in all financial and commercial matters related to the project. Each day you will actively drive their respective projects performance. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing project invoices and financial accounting and reporting (including project site accounting) documents.
Youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
The work model for the role is:hybrid #LI-hybrid
- Prepares project invoices and financial accounting and reporting (incluing project site accounting) documents.
- Drives revenues and project cash flow in their assigned project and seeks for optimization.
- Responsible for the accuracy of project balance sheet income statement and cash flow and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
- Oversees currency risk in project cash flow and implements/suggests appropriate mitigation measures. Supports the Project Manager in coordinating and preparing project reviews cost reports claim management back-charges and insurance cases.
- Supports the project team in identifying risks and opportunities and in ensuring adherence to ABBs corporate governance assurance internal controls and business specific finance directives and instructions.
- Supports the project team and Tender Manager in all financial and commercial aspects of the tender process
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. Professional certification (CFA CPA) is a plus.
- From 3 years of experience in project finance financial analysis.
- Good knowledge about Project Accounting in general costing analysis with planningvarious accounting topics like Provisioning cost & revenue recognition
- Knowledge in SAP specifically PS module ( if possible)
- Proven record of project finance and share holder management experience.
