What Youll Be Doing:
- Client Success & Business Growth:Youll manage existing contracts underwrite new business and act as a strategic advisor for strategic brokers. With your expertise you will guide our partners to well-informed decisions ensuring the workforce of our clients stays protected while driving both our and their business performance.
- Brand Champion:As a Chubb ambassador youll be the go-to expert for brokers and clients alike someone they trust to deliver smart solutions and excellent service. Youll drive acquisition maximize retention and uncover ways to further improve our proposition.
- Innovation & Product Evolution:You dont just deliver youll help shape our future. Youll contribute to the development and fine-tuning of our product offerings to keep them competitive and compelling in a fast-changing world.
