At Yokogawa you wont just implement HR practices youll help shape the way we work grow and lead across the Netherlands.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees ensuring local HR practices are aligned with business needs and the broader YEF (European) and Yokogawa Global HQ strategy. Youll be the local face of HR guiding people topics with clarity consistency and care.

Key responsibilities:

  • HR Policies & Projects Design and implement local HR policies (e.g. health flexible working) and ensure alignment with European and global initiatives.
  • Guide & Advise Advise managers and employees on HR topics; conduct assessments and gap analyses.
  • In- & Outflow Support recruitment and exit processes; coordinate with contract agencies; initiate local employer branding in collaboration with TA CoE.
  • People Development Identify training needs set up development programs and support performance improvement across teams.
  • Organizational Development Partner with management and Finance to assess capacity needs and drive change.
  • Conflict Mediation Resolve conflicts and support a positive work environment; contribute to GEES action planning.
  • Talent & Performance Management Support succession planning 9-box calibration and performance reviews in coordination with the Talent CoE.
  • Compliance & Audits Ensure alignment with legal requirements CLA and internal standards.

What You Bring

  • A bachelors or academic degree (preferably in HRM or related field).
  • 510 years of HR experience including advisory/business partnering roles.
  • A solid understanding of labor law employee relations and organizational development.
  • Experience implementing regional/global HR initiatives locally.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills in English and Dutch.
  • Pragmatism empathy and the confidence to challenge constructively.
