Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Receive and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Fill work orders for assembly areas with flawless execution.
  • Supply requisitions of materials for the assembly areas including Rack Molding and Blow Molding.
  • Consolidate warehouse locations to optimize space utilization.
  • Operate electric forklifts and handle pallets strictly according to safety guidelines.
  • Accurately weigh materials using scales.
  • Prepare shipments with attention to detail.
  • Capture transactions using scanners successfully.
  • Receive materials from both external and internal suppliers.
  • Manage the receipt of import charges and local warehouse entries.
  • Transfer materials to the production area efficiently.
  • Control materials sent to recycling companies.
  • Coordinate Molding materials systematically.
  • Conduct regular forklift operation reviews.
  • Implement the 5S methodology to maintain an organized work environment.
  • Review planning programs for cell assortment regularly.
  • Analyze programs to determine efficiency.
  • Print and distribute packing lists for kit assortments.
  • Requisition materials from external warehouses to supply production kits.
  • Maintain inventory control and adjustments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations.
  • Ability to operate electric forklifts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Dedication to safety and quality standards.
