Position Summary
- Play an important role as core team member via individually leading core project for the brand business delivery /equity establishment based on deep understanding of the brands mid-long term strategy in global and local context.
Role Duty & Responsibilities
- Part of Johnson & Johnson Oral Care team
- Support BM on Local BP process
- Pro-actively identify the gaps vs BP and propose action plans
- Lead NPD/NPI projects implementation
- Monitor NPD/NPI performance and propose the action plans if seeing the gap
- Work closely with Local cross-functional teams to ensure financial commitments are being delivered.
- Lead Local Contents & Connection planning
- Lead whole IMC process from briefing execution development to TTR working w/ cross functional team (Local marketing takes care of contents creation)
- Lead efficient investment plan to achieve the business goals.
- Monitor budget to ensure no over/under spend
