WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand voice tone and style guidelines
- Collaborate with designers product managers and developers to craft copy that supports the user journey and meets business goals
- Write clear concise and user-centered copy for all digital touchpoints including websites mobile apps emails and social media
- Conduct research and analysis to inform copy decisions including user testing competitive analysis and industry best practices
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy consistency and brand compliance
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all copy is aligned with marketing legal and regulatory guidelines
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelors degree in English Communications Journalism or related field
- 3 years of experience as a copywriter preferably in a UX or digital marketing environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent writing skills and ability to write for diverse audiences
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Experience with user testing and research methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
