What We Offer
Handle various processes to ensure efficient timely and compliant delivery of standardized and operational HR services especially in ELCM and Payroll & Time
Main Responsibilities
Handle efficient HR services delivery within own discipline according to policies and standards
Process employee life cycle related activities within relevant HR systems such as Workday SAP E-sign PowerApps
Support Covestro China monthly payroll calculation and time related topics to ensure payment process accuracy
Answer queries and questions regarding operational HR processes within own discipline via different channels
Support HR Connect related projects or task assigned based on requirements
What You Offer
Bachelor education
At least 1 year HR on-the-job experience (e.g. General HR)
Good communication skills in both written and verbal English
Strong learning ability and acting responsibility
Knowledge of related HR system and labor law know-how is a plus
